Sexing Crested Geckos
Male crested geckos have a extra large hemepene lump at the end of the cloaca. Females have a smooth flat look. Crested geckos should be sexable at 8-12 months old. Leopard geckos can be sexed in the same way. Male leopard geckos' hemepene bumps are smaller and they also have "upside down V" shapped pores (small dots in the form of a upside down V).
